The Number of Single-Family Homes and Condominiums Under Agreement in Massachusetts Up in August!!

“The Massachusetts Association of Realtors® (MAR) reported last week that the number of single-family homes put under agreement in the month of August went up almost 10 percent and the number of condominiums put under agreement went up almost nine percent compared to this time last year. This marks 12 straight months of year-over-year increases for single-family homes. The median price for single-family homes put under agreement increased almost three percent to $430,000, while condominiums had a three percent increase to $400,000 compared to August of 2018.”
